Questions & Answers
What does your web development process look like?
I start with a direct client interview to understand the business, goals, and target audience. From there I handle everything — design, development, copywriting, and testing — through to launch. Every project is managed independently from brief to go-live with no handoffs.
Do you write the website copy or does the client provide it?
I write all copy myself based on the client brief. Clients don’t need to provide text — I handle messaging, page structure, and content as part of the build.
Can you build websites in multiple languages?
Yes. I’ve built multilingual WordPress sites in up to four languages using WPML, including English, Russian, Polish, and Mongolian. I work closely with clients to make sure translated content is accurate and culturally appropriate for each audience.
How do you handle site issues or updates after launch?
I provide ongoing maintenance and am responsive when issues come up. For long-term clients I monitor sites on WP Engine and handle updates, security, and any technical issues quickly so the business doesn’t have to worry about it.
